Get Enough Sleep

Eat Right
This never gets said enough. Eating whole and real foods like meat, eggs, fruits and vegetables retains the youthful glow of the skin because of the vitamin D and other essential acids that keeps the skin happy. And with it you should drink at least 8 glasses of water per day as well to keep the skin moisturized.
